To anyone who is the face of feeling better as we patients are recovering, we appreciate what you do and who you are. Believe or not, but the relationship that we have with you can make or break our experience at the facility, itself. The level of kindness that we feel in your charge impacts the very fabric of our stay in that place. When the relationship is good then that's great! When the relationship is NOT so good, it can go so far as to extend our recovery time.
